enter US Supreme Court buildingOn October 1, 2012, the first Monday in October – which is the start of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Term – Nina chaired a program at the BBA reviewing and previewing U.S. Supreme Court employment cases of the past Term and the upcoming Term.

In September 2012, Justine will start her third term as Co-chair of the BBA Labor & Employment Law Steering Committee Continuing Legal Education Committee (CLE) for the 2012-2013 program year. Justine began her tenure on the CLE Committee of the Labor & Employment Law Steering Committee in September 2008. The CLE Committee is responsible for developing and overseeing the legal education programs for the Labor & Employment Law Steering Committee. Justine previously served as Co-chair of the CLE Committee for the 2004-2006 program year.

In July 2012, Justine was the Chair, moderator and a presenter of MCLE’s “Mock Trial of an MCAD Age Discrimination Case: Representing Employees and Employers in a Public Hearing” program.

Nina was a panelist for the Small Business Association of New England’s (SBANE’s) January 2012 Legal Update discussing recent Supreme Court decisions as well as the new state transgender statute and the new federal EEOC disability regulations.
